Use of renewable resources in order to sensitize the students about the benefitsThe institute put a lot of emphasis on using renewable as well as spreading education in the area of renewable technologies.
Mentorship of students in hostels :The JIET Hostel Administration is comprised of academics, non-academics and core department. This program is co-ordinated by Chief Mentor’s Prof. Ashish Mathur with the coordination of both Chief Wardens of hostels the selection criteria of mentors are based on the overall performance of students and the selection process goes through many stages like Common Entrance Test, written test, demo session and Personal Interview. After completing all stages of the selection process, mentors are appointed for the smooth working of this system.
